These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Delegate to Grow LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to any individual or business (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) who engages our virtual assistance or website services. By submitting a service request, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Services Provided

Delegate to Grow LLC provides virtual and digital assistance services as well as website design and development services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in a written service agreement or proposal prior to the start of work. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Pricing and Payment

Virtual assistance services are billed at an hourly rate of $10 to $20 per hour, depending on task complexity and skill requirements. Website projects are billed on a project basis with a $500 setup fee. Domain registration, hosting, and third-party platform fees are the sole responsibility of the Client and are not included in any quoted price unless explicitly stated in writing.

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement. Delegate to Grow LLC reserves the right to pause or suspend services for any account with an outstanding balance.


Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely access to materials, accounts, and information necessary for the completion of services. Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide required resources may result in revised timelines and are not the responsibility of Delegate to Grow LLC.


Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the Client become the property of the Client. Delegate to Grow LLC retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.


Confidentiality

Delegate to Grow LLC treats all client information with the highest level of discretion. We will not share, sell, or disclose any confidential business information to third parties without the Client’s explicit written consent, except as required by law.


Limitation of Liability

Delegate to Grow LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Florida.


Changes to These Terms

Delegate to Grow LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through a notice on the website.



REFUND POLICY

At Delegate to Grow LLC, we are committed to delivering quality work and a positive experience for every client. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have developed this policy to be fair to both our clients and our team.


Virtual Assistance Services

Because virtual assistance involves the investment of time and skilled labor, all hourly services rendered are non-refundable once the work has been completed and delivered. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a completed task, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a revision, credit toward future hours, or a partial refund at our discretion.

If you have prepaid for a block of hours and wish to stop services before those hours are used, the unused portion of prepaid hours may be refunded upon written request, provided that no work is in progress or pending delivery. Refund requests for unused prepaid hours must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.


Website Design & Development Services

The $500 setup fee is non-refundable once a project kickoff meeting has taken place or work has formally begun. This fee covers initial discovery, planning, design concepts, and project setup resources.

If a project is cancelled by the Client before the kickoff meeting takes place, a full refund of the setup fee will be issued within 10 business days. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the Client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, and any remaining balance from the setup fee will not be refunded.

Domain, hosting, and any third-party costs paid directly by the Client are subject to those respective providers’ refund policies and are outside the control of Delegate to Grow LLC.


How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact us at (813) 723-4533 or through the contact form at delegatetogrow.com/contact/. Please include your name, the service in question, your payment date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 to 5 business days.



CANCELLATION POLICY

We value every client relationship and want to make transitions as smooth as possible. The following policy outlines how service cancellations are handled at Delegate to Grow LLC.


Virtual Assistance Services

Clients who wish to cancel ongoing virtual assistance services are asked to provide a minimum of 14 days’ written notice prior to the desired cancellation date. This notice allows us to properly close out active tasks, transfer any relevant materials, and ensure a clean handoff.

Any hours already worked within the final billing cycle at the time of cancellation will be charged at the applicable hourly rate. Cancellations submitted with less than 14 days’ notice may result in a final invoice covering the remaining notice period.


Website Design & Development Services

Website projects may be cancelled by the Client at any time. However, all work completed up to the date of written cancellation notice will be invoiced and payable within 7 business days. Delegate to Grow LLC will transfer all completed files and assets to the Client upon receipt of final payment.

If Delegate to Grow LLC is unable to fulfill the agreed project scope due to circumstances within our control, the Client will receive a prorated refund for any portion of the project not yet delivered.
